The permanent resident visa for those who relocate to the Philippines from Australia

A permanent resident visa is required when a foreign national intends to remain in the country. This is possible when obtaining a non-quota immigrant visa, or when marrying a Filipino citizen. When the latter applies, the Australian citizen can amend his or her non-quota immigrant visa through marriage when he or she has a probationary non-quota immigrant visa for one year at the time of the application.
